Step 1: the. Payment system
First, make sure you can afford the services.The prices are here
You can pay directly by credit card, or with money orders
You can send an international US$ POSTAL money order. Just make sure it's international, and POSTAL, otherwise I won't be able to cash it, and neither will anyone else, since it will be in my name. Include a letter with your nickname, if appropriate, and your email address so I can notify you of shipment if it's a CD order.
Keen.com for phone sessions
Keen is more expensive (they take a 30% cut, and so I increase my fee accordingly), but they pay for the long distance by calling you to connect us, and it is completely anonymous. It is funded by credit card.
Step 2: the Messaging software
Download Yahoo Messenger. It works on nearly all systems.
ICQ Chat does not work with routers, networks, or any system that's not directly connected to the net, and many firewalls don't let it work unless properly configured. And I don't like doing an hour of tech support. So just get Yahoo. But if you still want it, click here To download & install ICQ Pro, the full version (ICQ Chat does not work on Mac).
Do not get ICQ Lite, get the full version so we can use ICQ Chat. You may want to pick a nickname that reflects the kind of changes you want to obtain.
They're both free, and will allow you to chat with your hypnotist about the session you want without long distance charges. It's best to install both (since all programs occasionally malfunction at the most inconvenient moment). You will later give your ICQ number and nickname (and perhaps Yahoo ID) on your Trance Request form as ways to reach you when you're online. (Macs can't use ICQ Chat, so we use Yahoo Messenger instead)
A note on the smiley code (aka emoticons). In text chats, it's hard to tell wether someone's serious or joking, since there's no intonation or facial expressions. That is why many people use the smiley code. You have to look sideways to see them. There are more, but these are the basics.

Then make sure you're not behind a firewall. A firewall will prevent direct chat connections on ICQ, unless it's configured by the administrator to allow them. Firewall instructions for system administrators are at the bottom of this page.
Step 3. Asking for a session

Linda is generally available for sessions that start at the following times EST
(Eastern Standard Time)
Monday 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 9pm Tuesday 9pm Wednesday 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 9pm Thursday 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 9pm Friday 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 9pm Saturday 1pm (later times may be available) Sunday 9pm (earlier times may be available) Each one hour appointment is given two hours, to allow for setup time and chatting. Only changework time is charged. 11am and 11pm appointments are possible, but inconvenient. They cost double the normal session price.
You can also message them by going to their page (by clicking on their blue button on the main menu page), and at the bottom, you'll see a button for EmailExpress. That will let them know you're interested as soon as they get online, so they can answer you.
4. Discuss your session
Discuss what you'd like with the hypnotist over chat or email, and
a) Come to an agreement over the type of session (phone, online, in person...), and what will be done
b) Schedule your session. Generally, you'll be offered a session appointment time in response to your Trance Request Form, as long as you indicated your availability times for a week.
c) Pay, using the payment buttons.

through an account with Stormpay,
or by Money Order
d) Be aware that the first session is always 1 hour, and if hypnosis is chosen (as opposed to NLP for instance), it is used to teach trance skills and set the trigger word for going into trance quickly on following sessions. The next sessions will have more of what you asked for, because you'll be able to go rapidly back into trance when the hypnotist says your trigger word.
Firewall Instructions
Firewall Settings Requirements: For ICQ to successfully work behind a firewall the following system configurations must be set by the System Administrator for the systems network. If you're using your home computer and you don't know what a firewall is, you almost certainly don't have one.
Client to server Communication: This is done via port 5190 TCP to login.icq.com (please note- allow a bi-directional connection to the port for login.icq.com and not any specific IP address, since it stands for more than one IP address).
Client to client communication: Client to client connection is done using the TCP protocol, using port range 1024-65535. This means that the client needs an open listening port within the mentioned range-- 1024-65535.
